Mystic, Executive, Entrepreneur, Mother, Community Leader, Partner, the many roles I play and have played in my time on earth. 26 years in the global corporate world underpinned with a constant deep foundations of spirituality which I awakened to when I was 17 yrs old , joined with over 7 years of private mentoring and coaching has made me increasingly curious about what allows some women to remain steady, creative, open, authentic and clear even in very demanding situations.
That curiosity led me into a deep study of heart coherence and nervous system regulation, and to the work I now do through Coherence Creators.
