It's important to recognize, this is not about escaping your life instead it is about learning how to meet it with calm, clarity, and power.
With your busy schedule in mind, this 45 min. weekly space recalibrates your nervous system, reconnects to your heart, and anchors into a deeper sense of inner steadiness.
For some of my clients, StillPoint is a one-time experience or becomes a beautiful ongoing practice. For others, it opens the door to a deeper transformation into what it means to become truly UNshakable.
One Month Outline:
Week 1 | Inner Calm
Soften. Settle. Return to safety within yourself.
In this first session, we begin by gently guiding the nervous system out of subtle (and not-so-subtle) states of tension and into a deeper sense of safety and ease.
Through breath, awareness, and heart-centered coherence, you soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect to a steady, grounded presence within.
This is where everything begins… by allowing yourself to land.
Week 2 | Inner Flow
Release resistance. Allow life to move through you.
As the body begins to settle, we gently explore where effort, resistance, control, or holding is present.
In this session, you will be guided to release subtle resistance and reconnect to a more natural rhythm, where life begins to magnetically move with you rather than against you.
There is a deep shift here, from pushing to allowing.
Week 3 | Awakening Intuition
Deepen trust in your inner knowing. With greater calm and flow established, your awareness naturally begins to open.
This session invites you to reconnect with your intuitive intelligence, the deeper knowing that exists beyond the thinking mind.
Through stillness and heart coherence, you begin to sense, feel, and trust what is true for you without any force or doubt.
Week 4 | Embodied Stillness
Anchoring into a calm, unshakable presence.
In this final session, we bring everything together.
Calm is no longer something you visit it becomes something you are. You will be guided to anchor this deeper state of stillness into your body and being so that even in the midst of life’s movement, there is a part of you that remains steady, clear, and unshaken.
This is the beginning of true inner stability and the foundation of becoming Unshakable.
